Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 48 hours of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

Unused

In their original packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice/order confirmation)

Returns are not accepted for items that are used, washed, or damaged due to customer mishandling.

Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable in case of damaged or defective products received.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days, via the original payment method.

Unboxing Video Requirement
To ensure a fair and transparent process:

An unboxing video is mandatory if you claim that items are missing from the package.

The video should be recorded without cuts and should clearly show the package being opened from the sealed condition.

Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order OR before the order status is updated to ‘Processing’ (whichever is earlier).

Once the order is processed or dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.
